Hi I’m Kate, your mediator. My no ‘BS or legal jargon’ approach to family law has seen me become best known as The Practical Lawyer. I don’t make issues where there are none. I help people be in a position to move on; to finalise a chapter and move on to the next with a clean slate.

I am collaboratively trained and a Nationally Accredited Mediator, as well as a family law solicitor for over 20 years at klplegal, our sister firm. My role is to assist you to come to agreements by helping you both explore your concerns and issues. Together, we’ll set an agenda to work on some solutions/options, with hope to lead you to a resolution/agreement.
